Kimberly S. Brown is an award-winning journalist and a lover of telling stories in many formats. Kim has written thousands of magazine articles during her 40-plus years as a publishing professional. She started writing as a child, and she has been writing in many formats throughout her life, including fiction, poetry, screenwriting, songwriting, cowboy poetry, and factual articles. 

Kim grew up in Kentucky and currently lives in Wyoming, where she loves spending time with friends and family, being outdoors riding her Quarter Horse mare, Jewell , rockhounding, hiking, fishing, and taking long walks with her Border Collie Scot (who is pictured on the cover of The Rhythm and Rhyme of Life).  

Kim is an eclectic reader and writer, enjoying many different genres and styles of sharing thoughts and feelings.
